Any custom code written by Metro IT comes without any warranty and any we reserve the right to terminate any custom programming projects at any time if we consider it necessary due to lack of communication or reasons out of our hands that prevent us from finishing the project in a timely manner.
In such a case Metro IT will refund any money already paid except for costs already incurred and the initial deposit.
